Flowboard is a whiteboard application designed for monday.com that enables real-time collaboration and visual organisation of work. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

Access to Flowboard requires a monday.com account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by Axonix Solutions, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

6. User Content

7. Subscription and Billing

Flowboard subscription billing is handled through the monday.com marketplace. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are subject to monday.com's marketplace terms and our pricing page.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axonix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axonix Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling Flowboard from your monday.com account.
